Richard Lister is a Senior Biomedical Equipment Master with more than 50 years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and home healthcare industry. His expertise includes oxygen therapy equipment, respiratory devices, medical equipment systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and technical support.

For over 30 years, Mr. Lister has provided technical training and in-service presentations for DME manufacturers, home healthcare organizations, technicians, and healthcare professionals. As Founder and Chief Instructor of an oxygen therapy, respiratory, and DME training school for the Texas Rehabilitation Commission, he developed specialized programs that combined technical knowledge with practical, real-world application.
